2. What data we process

The data you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or through the form on this website: full name, email address, phone number, preferred language, home type of interest and the content of your message.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry, send you the information you request (floor plans, prices, availability), arrange viewings and, where applicable, assist you through the purchase process. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain the business relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by law. If you ask us to erase it, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to handle your request (for example, the developer or the iad Spain network, if you wish to proceed with a transaction). Technical service providers (email, messaging and web hosting) may have access to it, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to marco@tenerife-villas.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set its own cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The video (YouTube) and the map (Google Maps) are only loaded if you click on them; at that point those services may set their own cookies in accordance with their privacy policies.
